Annual General Meeting 2017

This year's Annual General Meeting will take place on Saturday 25th November at St Margaret's House, Bethnal Green E2 9PL, from 2:00-6:30 pm. Directions can be found here. A short formal meeting will be followed by insights into specific AVI projects, a chance to view our Disability Rights Exhibition, and an interactive session. We will also be welcoming Kerima Mohideen who will be performing 'If the trees could speak', a feminist re-telling of the Ramayana woven into the story of a modern-day human rights defender in the Dandakar forest. This special performance will be followed by a vegetarian Madras Cafe meal, which will be a great chance for you to meet and socialise with other AVI supporters. 

If you hope to attend, we would strongly encourage you to become an AVI member. For just £24, you can become a member and:

   - be supporting AVI and its partners financially
   - have the right to attend and vote at the Annual General Meeting + delicious Madras Cafe meal after
   - receive notices of forthcoming events
